The Package:
At The Package, delivery is designed to be simple, reliable, and transparent. All orders are handled with care and delivered by trusted third-party couriers. Upon receipt, customers are kindly requested to confirm delivery by signing the proof of receipt.

We currently deliver only within the UAE, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional fee of AED 5 applies.

• Delivery Fees (per order value):

  • Orders between AED 70 and AED 100 → Delivery fee: AED 10

  • Orders between AED 100 and AED 140 → Delivery fee: AED 5

  • Orders AED 140 and above → Free delivery

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid any delays, please provide your complete address and active contact details when placing your order. Every package is delivered with care, ensuring your chosen bundles reach you safely and on time.

نقوم حالياً بالتوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات فقط، ويستغرق التوصيل عادةً من يوم إلى يومين عمل.

• خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام: تُضاف رسوم قدرها 5 دراهم إماراتية.

• رسوم التوصيل (حسب قيمة الطلب):

  • الطلبات بين 70 و100 درهم → رسوم التوصيل: 10 دراهم

  • الطلبات بين 100 و140 درهماً → رسوم التوصيل: 5 دراهم

  • الطلبات 140 درهماً فأكثر → توصيل مجاني
